S G series pipe production line is mainly used in various plastic PE, PVC pipe for agricultural water supply and sewerage, construction water supply and sewerage, and cable laying, etc. It consists of single-screw extruder or taper double-screw extruder, vacuum moulding bench, hauling machine, cutting machine, etc.

Structural feature:

1. The extruder uses mighty transmission sleeve and combination high-efficient screw.

2. It uses central feeding spiral divided-flow extrusion die head.

3. Its moulding cooling system uses vacuum negative pressure moulding and circulating water shower cooling, and has auto control system of water temperature, liquid level and vacuum degree. Its vacuum sizing sleeve has precooling regulating ring

4. Pneuma lock device at its traction part; clamping force regulated by pneumatic valve; auto display of haulage speed; frequency control;

5. Cutting parts include manual control and automatic control; it is fixed length-cutting, and its cutting quantity can be completed automatically.

6. It can use height, vertical and horizontal regulating, which assures required straightness in pipe production
